Our Story

We’re a husband & wife team who started our farm in 2018. We live on family property that was established in the early 1900’s, and are the 6th generation to steward this beautiful property, but the first generation to farm with organic practices. You can see every animal, vegetable and flower being raised and grown by hand here on our farm in Avella, PA. We are honored to provide “food you trust, from people you know.” We began growing our own food because we didn’t trust the food that commercial America was selling us. In conventional agriculture, meat is produced en masse, crammed into tight spaces, and fed the cheapest feed that’s full of drugs in order to combat the poor living conditions. We shouldn’t have to worry about whether or not our food is making us sick. Real food heals and nourishes. We raise organically-minded vegetables, and pastured pork, pastured chicken, pastured eggs. Our animals are rotated through clean pastures, allowing time for the fields to regenerate and sanitize with the sun. Our animals are raised outdoors, full-time on pasture (not jammed into crowded housing and/or concrete floors), are processed at our hand-selected USDA facilities. We are fearlessly married to providing unadulterated and clean, wholesome food that can’t be found anywhere else but the farm. Simply put, we do what’s best for the animals, the environment, and our health. We don’t cut corners, and our practices are safe for our family and yours.
