Laurel Spring Cidery is a tribute to America's colonial cider-making heritage. Founded in 2015 by Dr. David C. Sterner, our cidery is dedicated to reviving traditional techniques and celebrating the unique flavors of heirloom apple varietals grown exclusively in Pennsylvania. Our mission is to rekindle the pioneering spirit that fueled the American Revolution, when cider was the preferred libation. We take pride in crafting small-batch ciders that honor this legacy.
