Our Story

Bow Creek Farm sets a goal to provide the most discriminating Pennsylvania grown beef products available. Superior cattle, lush green pastures, and hay & grains grown on our farm makes our Premium Red Angus beef the finest on the market. Dry-aging ensures that you will have a superior eating experience. Exceptional beef comes from exceptional cattle! We start off with industry leading Red Angus cattle genetics. By sourcing genetics from all over North America we are able to improve the efficiency of our cattle and the likelihood of exceptional marbling & tenderness. A focus on good cattle genetics is not just about producing a superior quality beef product, but it also promotes the production of beef with the lowest environmental impacts! We strive for consistency in flavor, marbling & tenderness. Every bite, every time! Great cattle are an important first step, but just as important is providing those cattle with a consistently nutritious diet, and care & handling techniques that ensure a stress-free environment. Our beef is Beef Quality Assurance Certified (BQA). Purchase cuts from our on-farm store - Steaks, burger patties, roasts, hotdogs, beef sticks and more! Shop Thursdays 1-6pm & Saturdays 9am-1pm. Or purchase beef 6 days a week by placing a Pickup Order on our website. Pickup Orders are filled Mondays-Saturdays (usually the same day) and may be picked up at your convenience.
