Our Story

It started with a van and a garden. Now, Down to Earth Harvest includes a team of farmers and a growing network of local farms we know and trust. Since day one, we’ve been about veggies grown with care and respect for Mother Earth and our community. We’re passionate about making it easy and delicious to support local farmers. We believe that a better food system is built through cooperation and shared partnerships. Our CSA works with other local producers who share our commitment to craftsmanship while working to minimize their impact on the environment to bring the best of fresh and local to families in our community. Down to Earth Harvest has modernized the traditional CSA while keeping the core values of Community Supported Agriculture. We offer members a selection of exceptional produce from a network of small, local farms. Each week, members select what they’d like through our convenient online farm market. With neighborhood pickups throughout Chester County and unlimited scheduling flexibility, Down to Earth Harvest makes eating local easy.
