Our Story

Tender, flavorful grass-fed beef, sustainably raised by our family. That is the core focus of Meadowlark Farm, operated by Scott and Shelley Allen and their family in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. We raise South Poll Beef Cattle, selected for their award-winning culinary characteristics and their ability to finish incredibly well on forages alone. Grass-fed, free of antibiotics, hormones and GMO feeds. Pure food the way nature intended it.
